Antenne probleem WL 500G / Antenne problem Asus WL 500G

Translation of my previous problem in English due to forum rules:

I have a small problem.
If my antenne is connected to my WL 500G I do not get a connection. :(
The moment I disconnect my antenne I have a perfect connection. (But no range) :confused:
My WL500G has already been once RMA because of a similar problem. But at that time I didn't know what I do know now.
I tried 2 antennas but both have the same problem. :(
Who knows if this is a user fixable problem and has somebody experienced the same problem. :confused:

Can you explain the rma reason? What did ASUS confirm?

I got a brandnew WL500g and after some time the antenna signal was only 20% of the former strength (even if the client was only 5cm away). I changed the antenna without improvement.

Perhaps the pigtail cable from the MiniPCI Card to the antenna port got broken?
I am still thinking about buying a new pigtail cable to check that.

Asus did not say anything.
I think indeed the pigtail is the problem.

First try to fasten the connectors tightly also on the internal (pigtail) cable.
