I can not login it or configure it by web by telnet, can someone give me a detailed help?
with original firmware it's impossible. With Oleg's fw you have an option in the web-interface to enable telnet

I have downloaded the Oleg's FW, its version is WL500gx-1.9.2.7-10.trx, but it fails to be uploaded to Asus WL-500gx AP?

BW, I download the firmware from http://oleg.wl500g.info/1.9.2.7-10/, and my current Firmware version is 1.9.5.9.
"fails" is not informative. There are several ways to put the firmware. Try e.g. this one: http://wl500g.info/showthread.php?t=10307
Under wl500g-x I hope you mean wl500g Deluxe

what's the difference between wl500g-x and wl500g Deluxe? from my AP's phyical interface, it is wl500g-x.
my AP's current firmware version is 1.9.5.9, I tried to update WL500gx-1.9.2.7-d-r211.trx in web page:System SETUP -> Firmware Upgrade, I click upload, after some time, it says failure.
