uTorrent after turning off the computer

Hi everyone,

I'm new here and this topic was probably discussed a million times, but i can't seem to find it either here, of the tutorial section.

I have Windows Vista installed, and a HDD, which is NTFS formatted.
Is there any way to make this work together(firm upgrade or torrent program change is no problem)? Please someone help me!

NFTS is specific to M$ Windows. Asus routers run Linux. You have to run a hard disk (Fat 32 or ext2 or ext3) through the Asus' USB port. Use Transmission for torrents.
