There's no Users Manual for Oleg's firmware. DHCP works the same as in official firmware. So you can use the manual you received with the router or download it from Asus website.

in Oleg's firmware i can't found DHCP server configuration panel in configuration.html but in original firmware i found it !!!

I don't own a WL-HDD but in the original Asus firmware there is an DHCP server (Look at page 62 in your manual). Perhaps the Oleg build doesn't have this because its mainly built on the WL-500b/g(x) sourcetree.

There's a big chance you can setup a dhcp server using telnet and the post-boot scripts, but you need some Linux knowledge for that. If you don't want to set it up yourself you probably gonna need an official Asus firmware or try the JOCKEYW2000 firmware (as its built on WL-HDD source).

DHCP server only gets activated in the Home Gateway or Router mode. AP mode means, that you've yet another router in your LAN...
