I was tring to manage my wl500g with oleg 1.9.2.7-3c from school but it didn't work because the links and POSTs forms went to 10.20.30.1 (local ip) not my WAN ip
I have WAN admin on port 8888 because my isp is blocking 8080....it's working allright on Asus 1.9.2.8
