I am interested in making my V2 a ifolder server.
Is that allready done? Any hints?
I can try to compile it for you, might come handy for me too:D
just look in how-to's for setting up the server for coventional linux distro's, and you usually find the way of doing it for the wl-500gp:)

If you could do that?
It's been a while since compiling, and I do not have a Linux system running anymore...
Of course I can do some testing for you

I shall take a look, dunno if it's possible yet:p
it's going to take a while... 38MB of tarball:eek::p

Ok, If it fails: Let me know, I'll try to create a virtual Linux machine then.
I am waiting for this package too.
I took the liberty of taking the svn version, I hope that's ok for you?:D
and... I'm kinda trying to get the configuration right, autoconf and automake don't seem to work right atm, maybe I try to command that on my ubuntu machine then:)
is there a rush on this package?:p

No rush.....
Perhaps something like Unison could also do the trick. I'll see what I can do on that part
sorry, but I don't think this package will work properly
I can't get a proper compile on the router nor on a normal machine.
plus it depends on some havy packages like apache (from wich I didn't hear many success stories).
I probably need some time to work on it, but I don't have mutch time atm:(
I could give unison a shot if you want?
it looks a bit like svn I guess.

I came to the same conslusion: Ifolders needs a lot of systems resources'I read.
If you could give unison a go?
Perhaps this (http://ipkgfind.nslu2-linux.org/details.phtml?package=unison&official=&format=) or this (http://www.cis.upenn.edu/~bcpierce/unison/download/releases/unison-2.31.4/) link can be of some help?

yeh, it shouldn't be too dificult... but I didn't manage to compile Ocaml opt yet... wich isn't available in the ipkg package either, so I need to find that out first:p
after that, I don't expect many problems:)
still no Ocaml Opt, wich is rlea needed for this compilation:(
