Wondershaper Open-WRT (Kamikaze) tutorial

I would like to ask anybody help me I need an IP bandwith limiter software (if it had web based interface, it would be perfect) like Wondershaper, but I cannot find Open-WRT specific tutorial.

Please, attach a little tutorial about install, setup and usage. Thank you.

OpenWRT has its own Webif QOS page. It works quite well. No help needed.
