Here's what I know about the internal System Connector:
1 I/O bus with 8 bits (D0-D7); 4 address bits (A0-A3); /CS, /RD, /WR and one interrupt line.
(correct me if I'm wrong)

Does anyone have more information on this connector?

I guess it should be possible to connect a IDE device to this connector..
"The IDE interface has a 8/16 bits I/O bus, two /CS lines, a /WR and /RD line, three address bits and one interrupt"
http://www.pjrc.com/tech/8051/ide/wesley.html#hwdesc

This way, it should be possible to replace the external USB disk with an internal CompactFlash card...
Has anyone tried it?
