PXE BOOT server, possible?

i want make PXE BOOT server, i searching whole forum and didn't find any informatin;
i try this guide with dnsmasq http://forum.openwrt.org/viewtopic.php?pid=74851
and http://www.nslu2-linux.org/wiki/Unslung/PxeBootServer
work this for anybody?
i dont' know how to change dnsmasq config file, because its lost after reboot
dhcp-boot=pxelinux.0,asus,192.168.1.1
