After WL500g deluxe

Hi all
I'm long time owner of WL500g deluxe
At this moment I'm not happy with it's performance. I'm recently connected to fibre wire internet with bandwidth 20 Mbit / 20 Mbit
And now the problems are starting. Looks like the network load is too much for good old Asus. Or there is something else. Anyway, I'm thinking about replacing it with newer model and I need advice. Which one?

WL500g deluxe was in my oppinion the high class of it's time. Which model has that place now?


PS Connection is initiated as classic ADSL - PPPoE dial up...

So many responses, how to make up my mind...


OK, I'm not user of Asus router any more. I bought used small IBM desktop PC and installed MikroTik linux on it. It's working quite fine ;-)

PS Mikrotik is installed on SSD instead of HDD which I had removed ;-)
