If you need this for local network (i.e. dhcpd/dns integrated, static leases, static hosts file) please wait for the next custom firmware. I'm now finishing replacing dproxy/udhcpd with dnsmasq. So, you will get static leases an possibly the ability to add predefined hosts to the dnscache vie /etc/hosts file.
If you need fully rfc compliant DNS server - try compiling bind.
