HP Laserjet P1006 - not working [Archive]

Hello,

I bought recently this great AP, but I have one problem. My printer wont work (HP LaserJet P1006), although I have flashed to Olges FW 1.9.2.7 - 10 and did this as described here

I configured the printer on Windows, didnt work I tried it also on OSX Leopard - nothing happened.

In the log there is only this message

I had the same problem.
What I did was try to use another printer to find out if the problem was with the router or with the printer.
I used a Canon printer and it worked just fine.
So I assumed the problem was with the HP LaserJet P1006.
The only thing was left for me to do was go to HP website and see if there was a new version of the driver. I downloaded the new version and then tried again. and IT WORKED!!!
So I believe the problem was with the driver that comes with the original CD.
The driver that I downloaded was this one:
hp_LJ_P1005_P1505_Full_Solution_ROW.exe
Released: 2008-05-22
Version: 5.0
