I'm used with this as I did the same with my wl-500g ;)

Have tryied to downgrade my wl-hdd from oleg's firmware to legacy 1.2.3.0 and the router stops working : No blinking led, even when pressing reset button at startup.
Have tryied every possible solution found on this forum (even shorten pin 10 of the flash chips) but the box stays invisible on network (no activity on the link, monitored with ethereal).

Will give some news as soon as I get a new one ;)

I also downgraded mine from Oleg to lecacy (1.3.2.2) i can ping it (to old address 192.168.1.1) but i have no http access.... pressing button for 5 seconds shut the device down (and does not restore factory defaults)
any hints ?
