they glued the antenna's?:p
Apparently the glue is not enough to hold the connctors in place.
I just opened my 1 year old WL500-W for the first time, and much to my surprise one of the antenna cables had falled off, despite the yellow glue. (The connector one the left in the picture above).
The cable had also released itself from the tape near the antenna.
The cable can easily get caught in the crack at the antenna socket when you turn the antenna. I guess this could be what happened, and while turning the antenna with the cable caught in the crack, I guess it could have pulled enough in the cable to release it from the socket, because the tape and metal screen makes sure the cable is strethed out so much that there was no more loose cable to give while turning the antenna with the cable caught in the crack.

Koreans? Are these routers made in Korea? Asus is a Taiwanese company, not Korean.
But maybe they are developed by another OEM company for Asus.
I know many routers are basically OEM routers from another comapny, with a customized firmware GUI and enclosure for the OEM customer.
