Can't connect without encription

If I try connect with WL-HDD without any encription Connection Status is "good connection", but Sent/Received is 0/0 .
If I turn on any encription when all working good, but not stable.
Help my resolve this problem, pleeees!

well perhaps you have turned on encryption at the router ?

I have only WL-HDD and 3 different notebooks. And on all same result: have connect, but haven't access...
