Hi guys,
I installed DD WRT on my WL500gp and I'm experiencing a lot of trouble...
When I first flashed it onto the router and then tried to mount my USB-stick, mount did just nothing... I read, that clearing nvram should do the trick, and suddenly after reconfiguring the basics, it really worked.
But after configuring some other things and several reboots mount just won't work anymore again and I was like throwing the fucking router out of the window and then buying some carrier pigeons ;)
current output from dmesg:
scsi0 : SCSI emulation for USB Mass Storage devices
Vendor: USB Model: Flash Disk Rev: 1100
Type: Direct-Access ANSI SCSI revision: 02
Attached scsi removable disk sda at scsi0, channel 0, id 0, lun 0
SCSI device sda: 3963904 512-byte hdwr sectors (2030 MB)
sda: Write Protect is off
Partition check:
/dev/scsi/host0/bus0/target0/lun0: p1 p2 p3
WARNING: USB Mass Storage data integrity not assured
USB Mass Storage device found at 2
When mount worked, the line
"WARNING: USB Mass Storage data integrity not assured"
did not appear.
Output mount:
root@DD-WRT:/dev/scsi/host0/bus0/target0/lun0# mount
rootfs on / type rootfs (rw)
/dev/root on / type squashfs (ro)
none on /dev type devfs (rw)

ramfs on /tmp type ramfs (rw)

proc on /proc type proc (rw)
ramfs on /tmp type ramfs (rw)
/dev/mtdblock/4 on /jffs type jffs2 (rw)
No error after mount command. Nothing happens.
Has anyone experienced similar problems or has an idea how to solve this issue?
Greets,
Joschi
