I am newbie in Linux. How to mount a CD-ROM drive into WL-500GX?

if you want to mount a standart cdrom drive INTO the case of the wl500, you must have misinterpreted something badly. You "may" install a cdrom with an external usb case, but to date the necesarry filesystem driver is not compiled in.

Does this mean that I cant automatically connect a cd rom? to my neat WL?
As far as I can see, in my log shows:

is there no way to go around this?

I teste it at an 500gp with original firmware an it doesnt worked.

But now i have the Oleg firmware installed, so i will test it again.

Saw, you're active again. Is there a possibility that you try to mount a dvd-drive with oleg's firmware? Would still be great :-) Or are there any problems occuring?
