Hi,
I want to connect my WL-500g Premium and WL-500g routers together, so the second one (WL-500g) would provide access to Internet to other wired devices. The access to Internet is coming through first router (WL-500gP). So at the the schema should be following:
[DSL Modem] -----(cable)----- [WL-500gP] ~~~~~(wireless) ~~~~~ [WL-500g] ----(cable)---- [PC]
As I am newbie in this area - I just need some basic tips - should this configuration theoretically should be set up?
Should I set up the WL-500gP as Access Point and the WL-500g as Hybrid or Bridge?
And can it work when WIFI is set up to use WPA2-PSK encryption?
At the moment I am using original firmware from Asus, but it would be no problem to put some custom firmware as well if it helps to reach my goals :cool:
