Transmission_watchdog: not found

After following the instructions of
"[How To] Install and Configure Olegs firmware" written by Wengi, I am not able to start transmission_watchdog and I am getting the following error:

[root@Transmission disc0_3]$ transmission_watchdog
sh: transmission_watchdog: not found

Can anyone explain why this error is showing and what to change.

I did not use "admin" as user, but my user is called "root"
I have installed the OLEG firmware: 1.9.2.7-10

Upgrade now to the latest version of transmission (1.22+r6245-1).
ipkg update & ipkg upgrade
I think this will do the job..

Dear mitraku,

I worked on the issue for a couple of hours yesterday and even ran the update and upgrade a couple of times.
After running it today, indeed upgrades are installed and after rebooting the router Transmission works.
