command to (re)connect form windows client

Hi, I got DLINK-504T modem hooked up to 700ge via PPPoE. Is there a possibility to reconnect to the internet in order to renew my IP-Adresse by executing a batch file or typing a command. I tried it with router control unfortunately 700ge is not listed there.
