This would probably help for everyone, and also for other devices:D
it gave me back my old speed of 3.6mb/s instead of 1.2;)
Start>>Control Panel>>Programs and Features
Click on ‘Turn windows features on or off’ on the left side of the screen
Unchecked ‘Remote Differential Compression’
