Hi There!
I just bought a new WL500-Gp and an Atheros Superg (108mbps) minipci card. My notebook has the same mini pci card, and I want to connect the router with the notebook and achieve the best speed possible.
Looking some benchmarks on the internet, looks like you can get around 35mbps with Turbo Disabled but all the optimizations enabled (bursting, compression, fast frames), and around 45 with Static Turbo.
I'm testing using iperf, and right now I have the regular 802.11g speeds (around 21mbps).
Does anyone know if I can enable these tweaks on Oleg Firmware? How can I do it? What version of Madwifi Oleg uses?
