Router died, PIN9 trick doesn't help!

I hope that you can help me. I was a lucky WL-500gD (R1.33) user since 2005. I preferred the FW from Oleg, but I don’t know anymore, which version I had. Probably one from 2005. I didn’t make any other modifications. The device was 2 weeks without power (Holiday), and when I was back, and I turned it on, the power LED and the wireless LED didn’t light anymore. My PC got the IP from the ISP, and only the LAN LED’s was lighting.
I tried the RESET trick while power on, but the device didn’t go in restore mode. Than I tried the PIN9 trick and it was working, the power LED was blinking, and ping worked too.
Now the problem: I can upload a new firmware (with the ASUS tool and with tftp too), but the router doesn’t reboot! I tried it 4x (ASUS FW with the ASUS Firmware Restoration tool, Oleg’s newest FW with the ASUS tool, ASUS FW with tftp, and Oleg’s newest with tftp), but it didn’t help. After the last update I waited 1 hour, and only the power LED and the LAN LED was lighting, nothing else was happening.
After power off and on the router doesn’t work.
Can anyone help me, please?

a few additional infos:
the last FW version I has was 1.9.2.7-7f. I checked both serial ports (9600baud, 8 data bits, 1 stop bit, no parity check and no handshaking) of the router, but there are no messages, only "FF" (hex) while power on, and "F0" (hex) while power off.
What do you mean, can I forgot the Asus?
