how do you recognize the version 2? Is it explicitely labeled on the wl-500gP?

Yes, it is labeled both on the router and on the package.

Oleg now released a version of his firmware for the WL-500gP V2.
I flashed it on my router, but now i can not connect to the internet....

You should reset the router to defaults after flashing Oleg`s firmware for the first time.
