Radio problem on WL-500W with Oleg

Hi, after upgrading to Oleg's firmware I have a problem with radio signal. Strengh , about 100% but ratio jumps from 1-54 Mbps. Signal is strong but the quality must be so weak that laptop keeps slowing down connection to maintain.
Where is a problem ?
