Driver for parallel zipdrive?

Hi, I still have an old 100MB parallel zipdrive eating dust. Would it be possible to hook it up to the WL-500g's parallel port? I assume the parallel hardware would have to be compatible enough to make this work...?

If you've linux kernel experience, then you could do it yourself, it's possible. :)

Okay, well you don't respond "I know this hardware is totally incompatible" :-), so I'm going to give compiling ppa a try and post my findings. This might not be in the next couple of days though, as I'm rather busy doing other stuff.
