JockyW Custom firmware 1.1.2.8 questions

Hi,

First of all: congratulations for your firmware. The installation process went smoothly to a successful term! :)

Now, time for some questions...

1/ Each time I try to reboot the box from the telnet "reboot" command, file system is unconsistant at reboot. Why?

2/ I modified the /conf/etc/vsftpd.conf to disable anonymous access (I commented the 3 different lines related to anon) but event after restarting the ftpd, I still can connect as anonymous. What's wrong?

3/ Where can I find the apps running after reboot? /conf/rc.d is empty...

I didnt have a chance till now to look at Samba configuration (for my G4 Mac), but I will...

Answers:
1) I believe that's because 'reboot' doesn't set some Asus nvram flags which indicate that shutdown was clean. The Asus thinks it was shut down 'dirty'
2) don't know, must try that :o
3) correct, still empty because I have to add post boot init script processing. That's something I will add soon!

For what question?

1/ Entering "halt" instead of reboot is fine.
2/ I didnt find any solution, but that's not a big issue though.
3/ JockyW gave the answer...
