uClibc question

I'am trying to cross compile an app that needs the function getifaddr (libc/inet/ifaddr.h, UCLIBC_USE_NETLINK=y). uClibc-0.9.19 does not contain this function, it has to be >uClibc-0.9.28.

Does anyone have any suggestions how I could fix this?

if you compile an external application and not a kernel driver you might shift to cross-compiling. Optware toolchain which is at the moment a default one for Oleg's fw currently uses uClibc-0.9.28
