insmod ipt_TTL
iptables -t mangle -I PREROUTING -i ppp0 -j TTL --ttl-set 128
.
Internet Firewall => WAN & LAN Filter => LAN to WAN Filter => Enable LAN to WAN Filter?

Dec 13 21:23:03 ntp client: Synchronizing time with time.nist.gov

iptabes -t mangle -I PREROUTING -i ppp0 -j TTL --ttl-set 128
sh: iptabes: not found

Internet Firewall => WAN & LAN Filter => LAN to WAN Filter => Enable LAN to WAN Filter? No

Я опчепятался :o

iptables -t mangle -I PREROUTING -i ppp0 -j TTL --ttl-set 128

insmod ipt_ttl
и
insmod ipt_TTL
