sorry for my bad english: i have router wl-500w and have installed printer (that works) and a hdd - on the router i see the hdd with pat0 and part1 and give them free for the user - and now my problem: on windows xp i cant see the hdd - i try all - can someone please help me what i have to do -
Open InternetExplorer and in adress bar type:
ftp://192.168.1.1/
It is working with my ML-500W and 500Gb USB Hard drive. Maybe it will help you.

Have you already try a Reset, or load factory defaults? Or maybe Reflashing the router.
Please try any on of this options. If it keeps failing see if the Hardrive as any problem. try it directly on your computer

check your instruction manual . and then write if you follow exactly the same steps.
my ftp works but download master does't see hdd. I have new firmware. Who knows what a problem is?
