Up until now it's been:
Computers ---connection-by-ethernet-&-wireless--> wl500g set as access point (192.168.1.101) -----connection by crossover cable----> adsl modem (192.168.1.10)
But now I'm setting up a webserver so I need routing to forward ports.
Thing is, I can't see port forwarding in the menus any more, even after changing `operation` to router or `gateway`.
I'm on oleg 1.9.2.7-8. Telnet login is working so that could help for diagnosis.
Any ideas??
Also, some windows clients are not getting IPs via wireless - they connect but DHCP doesn't seem to work. The mode has it's own DHCP server and I wonder if that is confusing the issue especially with it on the same subnet. What's the right way to set up these 2 DHCP servers? If I disable either that seems to stop things working. What should my setup look like?
Again, any ideas?
I mostly know what I'm doing but missing a bit of knowledge here.
