ips and computers in LAN

Hello everyone
I don't know linux systems at all so even if I ask trivial questions pls answer :) How can I check which computers are (were) in LAN and what are (where) their IP addresses? I was trying to check /tmp/dnsmasq.log but it shows only 3 ips while there is 4 active comps? Any suggestions what should I use?

I started dig forum. Solution which I found is simple: cat /proc/net/arp
Unfortunately there is no time of assigning ip? What should I look for to have this time?
