I was curious if this setup would work. The plan is to get two WL-500G's,
bridged, with the first router set up at the second floor hooked up to the
ADSL modem, a USB printer(which is supported by the looks of it) and a
computer through ethernet. The second router is going to be in the
basement, with another USB printer, an Xbox and a computer through
ethernet. I also got a laptop and a Pocket PC with builtin wireless that
I also want to be able to use all over the house.

My question is this, will all this work? Can I access all computers, printers,
and my Internet connection and all this, either by ethernet on either router
or by wireless? Oh, and will I also be able to use all things wireless in this
setup with WPA-TKIP/AES(laptop and PDA supports TKIP, so no worries there)?

(Hope my english doesn't suck that much, and all this makes sense) :)

yes this works

i had a similair setup with firmware 1.8.1.7-1

2x wl500g

wl500g1 connected to cable modem, with USB/LPT Printer, usb harddisk

wl500g2 connected to other pc's / usb webcam

wl500g1/2 wireless setup as Hybrid (wpa-psk tkip/aes encryption), both as home gateway (dhcp disabled at wl500g2)
thus no wires between wl500g1/2: a wireless bridged network
