Custom user programs

Hello,

ok i set up Debian with toolchain and compiled my own
binary with 1.7.5.9CR5 sources. Now i want to
include a small simple c program, which i already have compiled
with mipsel-gcc.
Where is the location to put it in cramfs filesystem tree ?

Maybe i overlooked some config file or makefile ?
Please give me small hint....
