Cannot download ipkg

Hello everyone,

I installed oleg firmware 1.9.2.7-7f pre4 on my wl-500gP

I started to work down the Howto tutorial, but the downloading of ipkg won't succeed.

Downloading http://wl500g.dyndns.org/ipkg/Packages ...

ipkg_download: ERROR: Failed to retrieve http://wl500g.dyndns.org/ipkg/Packages,
returning
ipkg_update: Error downloading http://wl500g.dyndns.org/ipkg/Packages to /opt/lib/ipkg/lists/wl500g

I tried to ping wl500g.dyndns.org, but that also won't work.
On macsat, someone advised to add the modem as default gateway, so I tried

route add default gw 10.0.0.138

For a moment it seemed to work, I could ping the IP of wl500g.dyndns.org. But still ipkg.sh update failed and I was no longer able to ping outside my lan.

The wl-500g is behind an Alcatel Speedtouch Pro modem (tweaked Home version), which is my gateway and DHCP server.


Any ideas?

/etc/resolv.conf should contain valid nameserver address.
