Openwrt to new kfurge? how?

i just check this forum and realised there a new firmware out, and ive been getting bored lol.
so how do i go about changing from openwrt to the the Kfurge image?
thought id ask first before any data loss occurs

Hmm, looking around here and you'll find: http://wl700g.homelinux.net/drupal/?q=node/54

As this involves erasing your hard disk , it is not a save approach.

btw the reason i switchd to openwrt was the interface, but the wifi seemd very unstable, so i decided to give kfurges firmware another go!
