If the new server has the space and the bandwith, would you be able to reserve some space (<100mb) to host the headstart images?
(I have some uptime problems with the free host).

EDIT: Maybe you could put the forum announcements on top of the forum. So that more people can see it.
I only see it when I'm at 1200 pixels in height, 'cause I mostly jump directly to the premium forum without scrolling.
I hadn't noticed the announcement at work 'cause I have only limited screen height of 1024, finally saw it when I was at home
