    QNAP NAS Bittorrent Enabled

Since this white brick I have on my desk really lacks the ability to download I was wondering if anyone has ever used one of these lovely QNAP TS101 devices and what version of BT do they have???? Also has anyone heard of ASUS doing any firmware updates in the near future?>

    That is a bit rough.

I have used the WL-700ge successfully for many downloads and Bittorrents.

All it takes is kfurge's firmware and a bit of familiarity with the command line.

I wouldn't count on waiting around for another ASUS update,
instead flash the brick with the custom firmware, it works wonders

I owuld attempt doing that but I feel that I should be able to use it as described with download master.

How do you load torrent files once its flashed?

Also it always looses settings after its reset and looses files too. Does custom firmware resolve this issue?

you won't be able to use the Download Master, ctorrent has not been updated for a long time.

I load torrents throught the terminal and I use, enhanced-ctorrent

I've read that there is a web interface if you use the transmission torrent client. But I haven't tried it.
