    Question Access Point Mode and Bandwidth Management

    As I understand bandwidth management does not work together with Access Point mode because with it the WL500g is acting like a switch.
    The reason why it is operating in Access Point mode is that it is connected to another (ADSL modem) router which has no wireless capability.
    So what can I do to still be able to use the bandwidth management?
    If I try to set up my adsl modem router as a bridge, do I need to provide my ISP account user/password in the Asus (in Home Gateway mode)?
    Does anyone have a suggestion what would be the best to do to get BM working? Thanks you very much!

    The user manual for bandwith management is included in older driverpacks from Asus.

    But despite the manual and the latest firmware it does not seem to work...

    Yes. Most ISP's provide some guidelines on how to cofigure 3rd party routers for their network.
