Cannot remove files after failed BT transfer

Today I was fiddeling around with the BT part of the router, but when 2 downloads failed 2 files were placed in the "InComplete" folder which I can't seem to get rid off.

Removal throught the interface of the router itself (don't even show) nor by means of the DEL command or Windows Explorer seems to work ("The system cannot find the path specified.").

Any thoughts on how to get rid of them ?

I haven't tried it yet, but I've seen such files in both my Incomplete and Complete directory.

Does anyone have any idea what they are used for?
