Did you check in the systemlog to see if the drive was there?
cat /tmp/syslog.log
Hello,
Today I have bought an external USB2.0 hdd housing. Inside I mounted a FAT32 formatted Seagate 4.0 GB HDD. I have connected it to my WL500GX and logged on at telnet. I have tried to list my devices by the command "df", but only the root filesystem is listed. It seems that the external HDD is not recognised. So my question is: How do I let the WL500GX recognise the external HDD? Did I do something wrong? My USB-STICK works perfectly, so I don't think that it has something to do with the USB ports.
Thanks in advance,

It is detected right now: YES!
But now another problem. It is an NTFS formatted HDD. So I'm only able to read and excute, not to write. Is that right?
