Nylon Socks Proxy is not running

Hi all,

when trying to use nylon proxy with my browser I get the following error message:

[admin@WL500 /opt/bin]$ /opt/etc/init.d/S10nylon start
Starting nylon... nylon: Listening on WL500:socks
nylon: Negotiation failed

Was could be the reason fo this and how can it be fixed?

I am using Oleg´s 1.9.2.7-6b on an WL500g Deluxe and installed Nylon 1.2-4 and libevent 1.0b-1 via ipkg. I am connected to WAN via DSL modem. My nylon.conf looks as follows:

Unfortunately the wiki is down at the moment, perhaps someone could fix it. If you call up http://wiki.wl500g.info you will receive following message:

lib/WikiDB/backend/PearDB.php:698: Fatal[256]: wikidb_backend_mysql: fatal database error
 DB Error: unknown error
 (SELECT * FROM phpwiki_page WHERE pagename='global_data' [nativecode=1105 ** File '/usr/share/mysql/charsets/?.conf' not found (Errcode: 2)])

The problem was not the configuration of nylon but my browser. You may not fill in anything in http-Proxy but in Socks only.
