Try other wireless channels
I have Asus P4C800-E Deluxe (with integreted Intel PRO/1000 NIC) and Asus WL500g Deluxe. Being connected, the link establishing is very slow, and connection speed is only 10Mbit. If I manually set 100/Full in NIC setings, the connection is lost. At the same time the link speed between another 5-port switching hub always 100/Full, i.e. between hub and NIC and between Router and NIC.

Stuff I mess around with: Asus WL500gx (1.9.2.7-7g + new bootl. - on USB: HD + HP DeskJet 843C) - Notebook (Medion - Intel Centrino Pentium M-735 1.7GHz, 1280MB, 100GB - Intel PRO/Wireless 2200BG + WPA-PSK, XP-home) - Desktop (Medion PIII-1GHz, XP-prof, Lan) - ADSL2+ (Livebox in bridge mode)
This is ethernet adapter.Originally Posted by kwenie
Same problem with a same adapter - latest drivers. It won't negotiate a higher speed - always 10/full. Connecting to any other switch or a router not a problem at 100/full. Oleg - Can you comment on this issue.
Plus, I am pretty sure that with 1.9.2.7-8 version it did work before I upgraded to 1.9.2.7-9. Now even reverting back to 1.9.2.7-8 doesn't help.
What changes cause this to happen? I did read post from the user that has similar problem. But I did always connected at 100/Full Duplex with a previous versions and never had this issue.
