I try again, is there any chance to get it to run on WL 500?
This is the most used mesh protokoll at the moment. I hope to find some solution to use it on asus ap too.

Hi,
I have olsrd up and running on WL-HDD. It is a version from cvs so it is not optimised for speed or size, there may many debugging stuff in it. I installed all on internal hdd mounted to /opt.
/opt/etc/olsrd.conf
/opt/lib/<all olsrd_plugins>
/opt/sbin/olsrd
/opt/etc/init.d/S53olsrd

any news about olsr on wl500g (and deluxe) with Olegs firmware? Can I install it via ipkt?
Any help welcome!

You can use the firmware from "freifunk berlin" based on Open WRT but not on Oleg's firmware.
