Red face How set the dumppix=1 parameter

    Hi everybody!

I have got problem with my webcam :
Can everybody tell me the right way to set the dumppix parameter?
Where can i set the dumppix parameter?

"Q: I tried using my OV518/OV518+ camera, but I only get colorful garbage in the top 1/8 of the window.
A: Make sure you aren't using the "dumppix=1" parameter (that is only needed for the "d518" program)."

Tell everybody for me how, where i do it this?

    Hi

    Who should i know ...
You quoted something from the OV51x FAQ, but the answer is specific related to that me unknown d518 programm only.

What cam do you habe specific, how old is it (differences in chipset versions), what does the syslog says about the cam...
