no lan/internet connection several times a day

Hello I have some questions about the wl-500g Router which I cannot resolve. I have installed this router 4 months ago. After having problems with "Internet dies problem", I have modified the wl500g to 10Mb connection speed. This worked fine since then.

But al in a sudden, about 3-4 weeks ago, several times a day the lan connection is lost for some time (second to minutes). This happens on all the connected PC's wireless and wired. At this moment 3 pc's are wired and 6 pc's are wireless. I didn't make changes in the configuration. At such a moment, internet is not reachable and there is no lan connection to shared folders and drives.

Also the printing is very slow and frequently the jobs ar not printed at all, probably this is a result of the first problem. Has someone else have this problems. What can I do to resolve the problem.
