Thanks to Oleg it seems to me that freeradius is working out of the box.

This is WL-500g running latest Oleg Firmware 1.2.9.7CR4 with ipkg installed

thanks you all for replay, i got it working and you guys were right.
But my problem was that i changed in system setup the name "admin" for security reason, so in /etc/smb.conf force user = admin...
