there is only one error:

echo "/etc/services" /tmp/local/.files

should be:

echo "/etc/services" > /tmp/local/.files

Ausführbar oder nicht macht keinen Unterschied, da die Datei mit "." aus der /etc/profile gesourced, also ausgeführt wird.

Der Fehler muss anderswo liegen.

Ganz normal: 644 also -rw-r--r--

auf der Kommandozeile geht ". /opt/etc/profile" ohne Probleme ...

kann mir nicht erklären, woran es liegt :mad:

I did disable NFS,FTP and SAMBA in the Web Interface, then configured Samba2 like the tutorials suggested and the automounting reoccured none the less...

But I think I fixed this problem by...

I had the same problem.

It was triggered because the 3rd partition (which is an ext3 type and mounted to /tmp/harddisk like the tut says) was eventually automounted by the router as a vfat type...

My guess is that there is some automounting after the usb-storage module was loaded during the boot process but I can't find anything useful in...
