Disable ExtremeG. (Use standard 54G) on your card.
if it fails also, try to use a fixed ip...
maybe you have NTP turned on. this resets the clock on the router every 2 hours or so..
you can disable it in the IP/Misc settings
you can use the WL500G in client mode, and the DI624 in AP mode...
