Yes before i make my own firmware, i tried the 1.7.6-2 from Oleg without problem, on my WL500b. But I'm now very busy ( it's normal for las two years :( ) and I will not post before Saturday.

But i have strange problem vith settings the IP for eth2 (wireless) directly. I type
ifconfig eth2...
You may use the G version, but first download you must in recovery mode.
When you staticaly linked wit uClib, and optimize for size and strip the debug, the OSPF may be only about 150kbyte.
Do you have corect parametr for gcc in Makefile?
Hey Oleg i have an idea. The glibc is need only for closed source wireless driver. Its possible, to make workaround, and in firmare we may put only wraper to glibc function which is need for this...

I think, that httpd, sshd ant other servers is independent on kernel. Bud its depends on uCLib and gcc version. I am now very busy, but next...
